Public Tender for Phase 1 of the Agri-Innovation Park (AIP) Now Open
The Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs, and Primary Sector announces that as of September 1, 2025, at 10:30 AM, registration is officially open for two public tenders for the first phase of the Agri-Innovation Park Aruba (AIP). Interested parties may submit their bids at the Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce, and Industry (DEZHI).
The deadline for bid submissions is October 1, 2025. Complete specifications for both tenders are available through DEZHI.

- Economic Feasibility and Business Case for AIP
This tender focuses on conducting an economic feasibility study and preparing a business case for Phase 1 (0–3 years) of the Agri-Innovation Park Aruba.
Scope of work includes:
- Developing a financial and organizational model.
- Preparing investment scenarios and operational cost estimates.
- Designing a rental pricing model.
- Recommending exploration and management structures.

This tender focuses on the development of a design and technical management model for Phase 1 (0–3 years) of the Agri-Innovation Park Aruba.

- Logistics and maintenance.
- Operational design.

Building the Foundation for Aruba’s Agri-Innovation Park
In May 2025, a preliminary study on commercial greenhouse cultivation was completed in collaboration with PRIVA, Santa Rosa, TWO-Aruba, and the Netherlands. The results laid the foundation for the Agri-Innovation Park (AIP), envisioned as a modern knowledge and production center to strengthen Aruba’s food security and economic sustainability.
