Aruba is focused on investments that create an ecosystem of circular development by the year 2050. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the global blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future adopted by all countries in the United Nations. The ambitious vision is a universal call to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
The Government of Aruba is committed to implementing the SDGs in Aruba through the National Strategic Plan (NSP) 2019-2022, NOS PLAN, NOS FUTURO. The NSP identifies nine programs, each with its strategic objectives, desired outcomes, and actions that advance Aruba’s progress towards its global goals.
